HP Recommended

Hi I Have a HP Envy 17" Leapmotion Laptop, Over the lat month or so I have been having problems with the left hinge coming away from the casing, it appeas the screw has sheared off and will not hold the casing together.

My laptop is roughly 6 months out of warranty, this is a problem that a few others have had. It would really make me think twice about buying another HP Product. Has anyone had similar problems and what advice would you recommend?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
