Received ANOTHER nonsense call from HP escalation rep. Maine wanting to "talk about it" AGAIN. I said to her and I say to HP absolutely freaking not I will not spend the rest of my natural life talking to every effing employee at HP send me the  printer replacement now per warranty you're in Gross breach of contract if I don't receive confirmation by tomorrow afternoon I'm going to replace it with the one recommended by your rep sue for cover the cost of the replacement and all of my lost time.  OVER A MONTH OF ENDLESS CALLS/REQUESTS ASSURANCES THE FULLY WARRANTED **Bleep** PRINTER WOULD BE REPLACED AND/OR COUPON FOR FULL VALUE REPLACEMENT WOULD BE PROVIDED. NEITHER HAVE BEEN DONE. HP OWES ME TREMENDOUS LOSS OF TIME DAMAGES AS WELL I WILL SEEK RESTITUTION FOR THESE DAMAGES AS WELL.

 
SEND THE NEW FULLY WARRANTED PRINTER REPLACEMENT TODAY WITH TRACKING NOW, TODAY.

I don't understand Maine and I'm not going to ever quit you guys owe me a replacement either send it or give me a coupon that covers the cost. Period. 
 
The coupon did not work. The **Bleep**printer is under warranty 18 months remaining ONE month  around still not replaced.  HP IS DESTROYING MY SMALL BUSINESS.  
 
ESCALATE ESCALATE ESCALATE.  Replace **Bleep** printer with new printer AND reestablish 18 months remaining extended HP warranty or provide a coupon sufficient to cover the cost of the replacement Maine recommended HpPremier two paper trays/sizes. 
 
I'VE EXPLAINED AN UNBELIEVABLE NUMBER OF TIMES A NUMBER OF WAYS, CALLS, ON LINE AUTO. **bleep**., EMAILS, TOTALLY UPWARDS OF 30+HOURS AND EMAILS ONE EXCEED 25. I'VE EXPLAINED I'M UNDER COURT ORDERS TO PREPARE AND FILE VOLUMES OF DIC.S FOR APPEAL AND THE COURT COULDN'T CARE LESS THAT I HAVE A DYSFUNCTIONING PRINTER SCANNER UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT HP CONTINUES TO FAIL TO REPLACE OR PROVIDE AS AGREED FULL PRICE COUPON TO REPLACE IT. THE COUPON WAS BOTH SUBSRANTIALLY INSUFFICIENT TO COVER THE COST AND DID NOT WORK IN ANY CASE. 
 
REPLACE THE **Bleep** PRINTER WITH A NEW REPLACEMENT MODEL AS YOUR REP. ADVISED HP PREMIER TWO TRAYS OR A FUNCTIONING COUPON FOR THE FULL COST OF THAT PRINTER AND EXTEND THE WARRANTY TO MY EXTENDED WARRANTY 18 MONTHS + ONE MONTH HP HAS F...ED AROUND WASTED ENDLESS VUMES OF MY TIME, MONEY, ENERGY.

C/c: FTC, Please provide a complaint number and I will forward the endless emails sent to HP that alone total 25+/- not counting hours and hours a day hours of phone calls, online auto. Assist, and live chats. At $225 per hour I've lost more than enough to have hired a full time paralegal for three months+/- to prepare the legal doc.s required by court order in lost time has cost me not including the EXTREMELY extended time preparing doc., printing scanning a page at a time that requires repeat manipulations of the printer to get a single page at a time to fit/correctly fill a page thereby hemorrhaging paper ink and time to do this page by Page by Page then put a single page at a time into the scanner Page by Page by Page as I've explained HP repeatedly the appeal documents are not uncommon to be 1500 to 2,500 pages per set and six full complete sets are required for the court I've suffered through THREE ordered events during the course of this nightmare with the first of several pending hearings tomorrow morning that will almost certainly result in additional orders to prepare and file additional doc.s, motions, oppositions, etc. Having a **Bleep** printer is NOT an acceptable excuse. Failure to comply subjects me to both sanctions and worse potential dismissal.  You can imagine what a grueling terrifying experience this has been/still is trying to use the most dysfunctional printer out there while just keeps ***bleep*** with me and faing to resolve it/ replace it knowing it's crushing me financially and professionally and I'm facing potential sanctions from the court.
