I need help contacting a Live Representative. My laptop was stolen. I don't have the serial number and need them to look it up so that I can report it stolen to law enforcement.

Hello @AvrilsAngel 

if <HP Support> was installed and computer registered at HP -> Contact HP Support

 

Standard procedure would be the following

 

Please contact POLICE ! They can investigate and have special rights.

 

You will need proof of ownership: proof of purchase (invoice), documents such as warranty and emails from HP. On the packaging of the notebook there is a sticker with the unique product data

serial number (s/n)

]
