Long story short, I bought printer ink cartridge, possibly from Amazon which only accepts returns for 30 days, and tried to install it. The package said it was HP 61 but got error message. Surprise! The cartridge in the package was not HP 61. After two days of phone calls and the runaround, HP will not exchange the manufacturer's error as I didn't buy directly from HP. It appears they don't care to keep my business. No more HP printers for me unless someone knows how I can get an even exchange. The cartridge is guaranteed until November 2022. (The gentleman in the HP Store did his best to help me.)

Long story short - Amazon customer support agreed to stand behind a product after I explained that HP would not.
