Try using Compatibility mode if you use IE, or use an alternative browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

Your solution may work for some, not for me. Firefox 14, Win7HP 64bit. Just TRY to login, get the unhelpful:

Fortunately for me and YOU, HP, IE 64bit allows login.
