HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a laptop which is in warranty. Inspire of several attempts my laptop hasn't been repaired since one month and also I received false message regarding my laptop has been repaired although no engineer visited my house. Kindly look towards the issue. And now the call back facility of hp is also unavailable. Don't know what to do. Please help

This situation will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
