Is the order status broken on HP.com? Is my order stuck in limbo? I ordered a laptop several weeks ago and my order status is "Processing" and/or "Order Confirmed". The "To Ship" date was yesterday 12/17 but the status has never moved from the first one. I haven't received any emails about delays or builds or shipping and I can't get any useful information from Rose. What should I do? At this point I'm just assuming a mysterious box will arrive on the doorstep sometime in April...

HP is broken. I ordered my laptop October 10th and it didn't ship until December 11th. Now, it's stuck in Memphis, Tennessee in customs hell for the past 7 days. I wouldn't expect your laptop for another month or so.
