Hi Russel, As a message board admin, your easiest solution would of been to use this user's email and mailed him directions as to how to solve this, what we do is erase the password to a lost account, and email the owner to login without putting in a password, and when that opens it will ask that board-user to input a password, and to confirm their password choice. I believe this would as well be a excellent approach with HP as well, and not irrate their board user(s).
