I ordered a laptop on March 23, it was estimated that it would be delivered April 15. I got an email saying it was fully shipped on April 6 and a tracking number. The tracking number is still pending, hp said it may be late. Anyone else have this problem? How long did it take to finally receive your order?

Our Laptops must be in the same **bleep** place. It is ridiculous that this has not moved since April 1st. I will never purchase another lap top from HP.... I ordered my laptop on March 16th and still have yet to get it. I could have gone to costco and gotten one that was just about the same and had it the same date. I am still waiting and they have yet to be able to update me on when the computer will be sent out or even on it's way. I am beyond furious

I found this link about what our rights are. I’m not sure if it will be helpful, but if my laptop hasn’t moved by May 6, I’m going to contact hp with this info. It doesn’t seem like they can legally keep my money if they haven’t delivered in their promise.
