HP Recommended

We continue to receive mail at our business for employees who are no longer employed here.  We attempt to advise the sender - in this case HP - of the fact so they can clean up their mailing list and reduce the cost of direct mail programs.

 

However it is impossible to find an easy way.

 

If anyone has had success, please let readers of this list know how to get off the list.

Hi,

 

Have you tried to plug another USB device to the machine ? If same problem, please refer to this to fix
