HP Envy x360 Laptop 15t-ed100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ORDERED a HP Envy x360 Laptop on July 1, 2021.  I contact Customer Service last week to see what the status of my computer is. The deliver date is Aug 3rd, today. When contacting Customer Service they said they had no way of finding out the status of my laptop and I would be contacted by email when it shipped.

I received my VISA statement in the mail yesterday and HP had charged my credit card the day it was ordered. Most, if not all companies will not charge your card until the item is shipped. I'm discussed to say the least.

So any suggestions on how I can find out where my laptop is in the production line?  What would you do?
