Hello, I have ordered my  HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2285t Bundle PC on the 14th of September with the Order Status page tracking everything perfecting fine but come the 28th, which was the Estimated Shipping Date for my order, and the tracking just stops and reverts itself to staying on the Order Confirmed step. I have contacted Support about getting a Shipping Number or at least any word of the shipping and they have told me that I would get a Shipping Number on the 30th, come the 30th and I haven't received the email with the Shipping Number and the Order Status page hasn't moved and so I decided to wait till the Delivery Date which is today, October 4th, and I haven't received anything from HP, not even a single peep from them except when I contacted for a Shipping Number. I would appreciate knowing what is going on with my order, where my package is at and if the delivery is going to be delayed instead of having nothing but radio silence from HP.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
