HP SSD S700 2.5"

Drive failed after couple of months.  Support site has no live numbers to call or listing of support for hard drives.  Opened a case with all details on Dec 22 and still have not got any response.  Warranty says 3 years but no way of getting any sort of warranty support.  Next step will be to recoup funds from my credit card.  Support for this product seems non existent.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
