Hello, the repair on my notebook has been delayed for a month with no explanation, call, or reasoning. Not even an email. I only used the warranty repair through HP on the vice i’d get it back no later than 10 days. Ironically, the day it’s supposed to be fixed and shipped back to me, a couple minutes before FedEx closes they send me a text stating it has been delayed till 11/26/2021. They give me the phone number to contact “HP INVENT” and upon calling, It says I cannot connect or call this number. Now i’m stuck without an important computer that I use for work and class. I’m highly disappointed, enraged, and this has me most likely never buying an HP laptop again.
