Hi, I ordered a laptop from hp store UK. When I placed the order it says that the product is in stock and the Estimated delivery date was today which is 05/10/20. I checked the order status and on my phone, it says 'packing' but when I checked on the computer it says 'waiting stock'.
I need the laptop on an urgent basis and only reason i ordered from hp was that it was available and delivery within two days but i guess they giving wrong information about availability and making me pay.
I'm a student and I need a laptop to work on it and can't wait a month or so. Anyone can help me? Because if it will take a long time I wanna cancel my order and buy another laptop somewhere else. Also, I don't get it why the website said it was available and when it comes out of stock I have to wait. Why the store sells something which is not available and Misleads the consumer by giving incorrect information about the availability.
