I paid $230 for pc set up & wireless installation. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. Apparently, HP sub-contracts this service with a company called Barrister Global. I called yesterday to confirm the appt. which was to be today btwn 8 & noon. At 10 AM I called...."oh yes, the technician was coming and had confirmed yesterday"...but they would contact her to get an ETA. At 1230P....30 minutes after scheduled appt...I called since I still had heard NOTHING. Suddenly: "oh, the technician can't make it." Supposedly they are trying to get someone else here today...but 90 minutes later I have heard NOTHING! I have emailed Barrister telling them about this poor service. Without immediate resolution, I will return the pc to HP and tell them the problem was Barrister.
Additionaly, I don't get paid when I don't work. I have sat home all day...no pay. Who's going to compensate me for THAT??
