SABA Learning Center error "User record doesn't exist. Please contact system administrator"

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to be HP certified for my job and after successfully creating a HP Partner account and with guest access I try to access the Saba website at https://hpi-external.sabacloud.com it gives the error message "(120444) User record doesn't exist. Please contact system administrator. " Would someone from HP be able to help with this? I need to be certified by Friday. Thanks

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
