check your rollers, clean them with toothbrush/water.

check your software to accept that size.

run a sampler through,

this should be in your disk or user manual.

I agree! we repair these machines, and we have noted poor quality in all printers HP has been using enviromentally friendly welds, which break down in shorter time because of heat. The older printers are still chugging away, why? They used Lead based weld. Last longer, and more satisfied customers. Supposed friendly to the environment but bad for humans. Most boards are now made in Asian countries. {Content Removed}

I need help to reestablish wireless network connectivity. Click Wireless button and then select Wireless Startup Wizard. Get error message B867F618 and message "Please turn printer off & then on". This continues in a loop.

Network Status is Offline and Active Connection Type is None.

I'm using: Win 7, and printer model is:  HP Photosmart Premium model C410 series

Thank you
