Service order/Support Case closed???

Envy 15 x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had to send my laptop in for repairs due to it not being able to boot correctly. I just dropped off the package today and when I got home I checked Support assistant to see if it updated. I go and find out that the case has been closed. Should I be worried? Will I get my laptop back repaired?? or does HP automatically close cases after one or two days. Also if they do they should change it to be closed only by the customers request or if the problem has been solved.
