Hp 15s eq-2042AU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am from kerala. I have ordered the laptop hp 15s eq-2042AU on 19-Aug-2021(IST). Am typimg this message on 28-Aug, and still I didnt received the laptop. When I checked the site named hp.clickpost.in, the status was not moved from ready to ship, and showing Shipment not received from the client.  And, when I checked the delhivery site using the tracking id, the status shown there was Not Picked - Order cancelled by shipper. Please fix the issue immediately, HP..

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
