Trying to contact Customer Service. The line disconnects every time I am connected to an agent.

Sprocket 200

I have been having connection issues between my Sprocket 200 Printer and my phone since I first received it as a gift in December 2019. I have realized that other phones can connect to it, but mine does not. I have contacted a Virtual Agent and followed the other steps to help fix the issue, and nothing helps. I have tried contacting an actual customer service agent over the past several months and EVERY single time I am finally connected to an agent, the line disconnects. My phone has worked fine other than trying to connect to the HP Sprocket 200. At this point in time, the Sprocket is no longer under warranty and I still have not been able to get in contact with a real agent to figure out the issue.
