I posted a request for assistance in this forum, at the thread above, per so many HP instructions. No HP employee replied. There are consumer-users in the forums instead. I understand that they don't have experience in all models or all problems, but  If HP is going to advertise the forum as one of their "solutions" in so many places, there should be employees here to handle customers' problems.

I am aware that this is a consumer-user forum or "peer-to-peer" as you put it. Please see my post for verification.

 

Since this particular foum is meant for posting suggestions to HP themselves about their forum, that's why I posted here. You needn't act as an appologist for them.
