HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

Purchased a new printer upon recommendation by HP rep which was not a comparable printer to what I had. I’ve now been sent two refurbished printers, despite buying a brand new one and just discovered what I purchased wasn’t the newest model of what I had as it only prints (original also made copies and sent faxes). I cannot get a supervisor on the phone and have spent at least 20 hours on the phone with HP Helpdesk. If I don’t receive a call within 48 hours I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and calling Amex to dispute this charge.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
