The warranty on my PC expired on 30/11/17, and so was prompted by HP to purchase an extended warranty, which I have done £36.
However my account still shows the warranty has expired. How do I get in touch with HP?
I previously registered with this forum but my log on details were using an ORANGE email address which is now defunct. How do I inform HP of these changes, as I'm concerned any response is going to my old email, which can no longer be accessed
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
