Can anyone help me in this Regard,
I had registered or updated this complain with reference of Case Id -[Personal Information Removed]), Regarding Extended warranty already purchased on previous faulty laptop(replaced under DOA) to be exchange on New one, and almost 52 days (Reg. on 27 Nov 2021) was already taken and no update is so far  NEITHER GOT UPDATED EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE PACK CERTIFICATE NOR UPDATED WARRANTY REFLECTIONS.{Already attached all important issue related documents in Reply of your Consumer Service Mail}

Sir Yesterday i got this mail forwarded from technical team of Care pack team ,when I ask about it from Care pack team they redirect me to ask about the Same mail from Post sales team redirect it to Serviceteam that they will explain about para now they ,"
Hello Team,
Good day !!
Upon checking in the tool, we could see that old unit [Personal Information Removed] has been already transferred to new unit [Personal Information Removed] and also we found that Care pack is Cancelled as part of return order [Personal Information Removed]
Hence we are not able to update the CP warranty."
 
 
Also from 12 Jan 2022 ,my old care pack 2 year extended warranty download & print link not working .
