Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please move this if it is in the wrong place. I tried to "open a case" about this but think it may be in the wrong place. Can anyone help sort this out, please?

We bought the printer on 22nd December but the warranty is showing thus:

@JoyDean, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

If you think the warranty status of your product is incorrect, you can submit a dispute for review of your warranty.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Dispute a warranty status

Thank you.

I have telephoned the HP Support Team and was told that I will receive an email from them, to which I should reply attaching a photo of the back of the printer showing the serial  number and a photo of the box that contained the printer, together with a copy of the invoice from the supplier showing the guarantee.
