Hi,

I initially created an account with email (**bleep** email address) & password

After the account was created, tried to login via SSO using the "Sign in with Google" option while logged into Google from the Google Profile using the same **bleep** email address.

Surprisingly HP treats each of the above as separate accounts with no option to link/merge them and shows a screen with the following message:

-----------Sign in with your HP account----------

<My-email-address>

We found more than one HP account in our system. Which one do you want to use?

This has already been reported in the following post but it looks like it hasn't been addressed still:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Instant-Ink/PLEASE-HELP-How-to-merge-2-HP-accounts-1-local-tied-to/...

Unlike other login systems, it seems the HP authentication system is unable to propose the option to link/merge the 2 accounts as most other systems would in such a case.

HP Team, it is not a support issue but simply poor and lazy design on your system.

Thank you for correcting it.

Kind regards,
K
