Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, 

I have sent my laptop in to HP for them to repair it. And my estimated delivery date was (dd/mm/yy)  07/01/20.  But it's  a day past since then, and I still haven't heard back from them yet. Plus my HP repair order shows to be on hold. But HP still hasn't contacted me about it. Although they said that they would. I'm a little preplexed as to what to expect and how can I ask the people in charge about my laptop. If anyone could give an insight on what is happening/what to expect, please let me know. Thank you!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hey,

 

I'm waiting for your team mate ichi to reply to my query.  But they aren't replying anymore, could you please see what is going on. I need my laptop asap actually.
