I ordered a hp envy laptop on Feburary 27, 2019. It is now March 3, 2019. It's kind of frustrating because I want what I paid for and I don't know what's going on. I can't call the company because they are closed on the weekend. I want an answer now because I don't have much time during the week to make calls. I have a very busy lifestyle. I'm worried because I have ordered things from other websites and it has never taken them this long to give me what I purchased.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
