Wondering what going on with the other half of my order. Since I placed order the pc hasn’t updated but it says expected delivery date the 17th yet it hasn’t even said it’s in assembly or finished with assembly. This is a Christmas gift and now I’m worried about trusting that it’s going to be here before Christmas and I should of just but it in the store..... I seen other people get help from someone who works at hp about this same topic so trying to get some help so my son isn’t they only kid without his present come Christmas.
Thanks- Worried Dad

Horrible customer support. I have been asking for a few days now what’s going on with my order and as a company either A don’t have a system to ask questions if no one can help and only say stupid comment like tough times. Bull! Yes there may be some issues with shipping right now but I can’t even get a straight answer if the pc I ordered and PAID for two weeks ago is even being built! Don’t offer a product and have estimated shipping dates and then leave your customers out to dry. You should have ALL the parts to build any PC you take payment on and give a estimated delivery date. If you don’t have the parts then you shouldn’t be selling someone a pc. So don’t give me anything about shipping when you can’t even tell me if my pc is being built if it is built is it is shipping or possibly even what day of the week it currently is.... I will not be ordering from the website ever again. Garbage....
