I have written HP about 5 times trying to explain they had the wrong start date for my warrantee. As far as I can see Staples sold me as new the subject monitor. When I registered the purchase with HP they told me the monitor had been registered already the 22 oct 2020. The person even bought added protection. I bought the same monitor 5 jan 2021. Staples swear they do not sell used monitor as new. Naturally neither HP and Staples ignore all my mails.
Does anyone know who I can contact to get someone to look into this problem? I realise it is only 2-3 months of lost warrantee but I believe STAPLES as been dishonest dealing with me.
