Good morning folks,
I am unable to verify my student status to HP, as my email ends with ".edu.<COUNTRY_SUFFIX>". Your system accepts emails that end with ".edu" exclusively. I could not contact any support agents, as they all require a serial number, which I currently do not own
If you don't know the answer, please refer me to a place where I can have direct support with an assitant from HP. The virtual assistant did not help and there were no articles regarding my case
Regards
P.S: I'd love to phone sales directly, but I am not currently in the United states

OK...
Best I can do -- and will do so -- is to bump the request.
There are so few of us -- issues sometimes do slip into a hole.

@student151
Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
