We are trying to register our account and don't receive the email with further information and/or the invitation link.

We've checked all possible options that could block the email and it's hasnt been delivered. 

 

could someone point us in the right direction or assign our issue to a HP support ?

we have been trying to log our cases online to avoid spend time over the phone.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
