Hi,

I registered on 4/14/19, took screenname mrood23, and posted a question.  I received an email announcing the post went live, and gave me a link to https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3366808#latest-posts

Today that link responds "page not found"

I tried logging on.  The system asks for screenname, it tells me that mrood23 is already taken.  So, I try a new screen name, mmrood23.  For some reason I'm all of the sudden into an account that I don't think is mine.

My question, can I re-connect to my original screen name.  Now I've given thumbs up to the poster who solved my problem under someone else's name, maybe?

@mmrood23

Were both these usernames created using the same email?

Yes.

I took a look at mrood23 and noticed that it was made using an email address that is associated with @Mac.com. You will need to login using that email address to access that account.
