I could not really find the right place but it seems like HP really does not care about customers. i tried to log onto the Enterprise B2B site and could not did the password reset request. Chnaged password and no go. I believe one message was unknown username but they send the username with the password reset.
So i try the email link on the help page, email is broken.
I decide to call and the phone tree asks questions i don't know the answer to since the I am at the Enterprise store login but the page says B2B, I pick option 1 and get voicemail for basic tech support?
I am not at my desk and that is why I prefer email for support questions over the phone. So now I need to see if we can buy something other than HP since I cannot get into the web site.
