Envy 13-ah1002na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i want to have my laptop returned and replaced. i had 3 issues which i needed to resolve so i can use the laptop.

1. i had to lower the maximum processor state so the fan noise will decrease because it gets annoying, even if i am just doing internet searches, no major programs running

2. ive had 3 episodes of the speakers cracking, turning on and off didnt resolved it, but i had to download a new audio driver for this to stop

3. i was using the laptop on my lap and suddenly the trackpad went haywire, i cannot click left and right and it got stuck. it resolved when i tried to gently push the area under the right side of the track pad and hear a clicking sound, this is where it resolves the issue. but it keeps coming back.

I had to pay 686 for this laptop and it has a LOT of issues and im not happy about this. This is supposed to be brand new.

I ordered it and arrived on the 20th november. icant contact technical support over the weekend. it would be 13th day on monday.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
