HP Recommended

Hello everyone. I repaired a Compaq 6730s. The hard drive was broken, so I put a formated one. I changed the BIOS battery, so the BIOS has a password. How can I find it?

When I try to boot from USB to install Win 7  it gives me the error: "bootmgr is missing"

What is to do? Thanks in advance.
