k this is the thrd HP office jet 8600 I have had one would not copy, and one kept turning off.  I bought this os i could email  documents to work .  It was working and now i get a message that says, the printer was unable to connect to the server.  check your internet connections and try again.  Ok my wireless icon on lower right is solid blue.  If you go bac to hoe on priter it says it is connected.  It is a wireless connection but appears to be working fine.  Called in to HP and they had me take it out and reinstall.  Did worked now it back to the say thing.  I am really trying to get this to work. Bought ink for it.  Please help, otherwise going with a differnet printer.  Any suggestions if i cannot get it to work.  I called HP 48 hours ago, they said someone would call me with 24 hours.  No call HeLP,  thanks in advance.  also note using windows 8.1 i believe thanks
