Product Name: Magnetic Stripe Reader

I need help configuring a new stripe reader I just purchased. I've installed the MagStripe Configuration Utility software and connected the stripe reader to my PC. I'm able to load the configuration file successsfully but when I try to Send to MSR, I get the error "Could not write configuration settings to MSR". Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thank you for your help.
