http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Lost-software-after-I-reset-my-C...

Product Name: HP Envy dv6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had problems with my Windows 10.  I called microsoft and they recommended to do a reset to my computer. They told me Im going to lose some of my applications or any new software I installed but none of my software that came with my computer when I bought it. Also i checked with HP support assitant and they recommended the same thing. I did it and my computer is working perfect with Windows 10; but i lost my Microsoft Office plus many software that my HP brought when i bought it. Like simple pass, DVD burn etc etc. Im trying to get in touch with HP using the Support Assistant, specifically the call back assistant, but they never call me back. How i can get those program?? specially Microsoft Office, and the simple pass?? I need help.
