http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/TouchSmart-PC/Pavillion-23-all-in-one-pc-bluetooth-drivers-will-not-upd...

Product Name: pavillion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When i got my pc it came with w8 upgraded to 8.1...all was fine until i tried to upgrade to window 10

now in upgraing i get a 800703F1 error and the drivers  are found but will not update

the message with this error is the configuration registry database is corrupt....

I have checked everything

restored to a previous date back to before the notice of w10 upgrade.... and now today an attempt to load update for w8.1

Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3079318) failed

been having issues since the w10 upgrade never before ....

taken to tech (bestbuy) and they were not able to solve the issue....

this computer is only 18 months old....i have tried everything i can think of

Any ideas or solutions would be appreciateed

Oh and your phone help.... they are useless.... i was paying and the email that came through was a far cry of a difference from the price quoted to repair my computer????

almost 350.00 more than i was being quoted ...so of course i refused the payment to visa!!
