Hello HP Team,

I have HP Pavillion g6 1215-st laptop. Two days ago my adapter burned due to LS-15 powercord. Yes its really burned and even when i took adapter from ground there was a ashes on the floor. Im quite angry because my house could have burned down maybe more ? Soi check it from internet i saw this link  https://h30652.www3.hp.com/  . So now in this case how could I know about this program as I didn't received any email regarding this program from HP. Now my adapter also damaged and its not working and new powercord wont solve my problem. Now, what is the benefit of replacing AC Power Cord free-of-cost as it has damaged laptop's adapter. I find the HP Turkey at fault in the whole case. So, I request the HP team that replacelaptop'sadapter along with the AC power cord free of cost.
