Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

In the summer 2014, our family purchased Pavilion 23 touch smart all in one pc (model# 23-h109) from the futureshop. The Pc was shutting off and freezing randomly, so we returned it and exchanged with a new one. For some reason we didn't use the pc for about 5 months, assuming the new pc is working properly. After my laptop became unfunctionable, I started to use the pc then I discovered that the new pc was having same issue. At this point, exchange and return was expired at futureshop so they asked me to contact HP directly, so I did. I called the Hp support and they were telling me to follow unnecessary procedures (check the power, restart the computer, diagnoise, hardware check and etc.) when clearly it was hardware problem and needs to be sent in for repair, I felt like they were avoiding for the repair. Calling the Hp support didn't solve any issue or provided me with pleasant experience. If I were to call them again, I feel like they will ask me to do the same thing over and over. so this time I sent them an email explaining my situtation about 2 weeks ago, but havn't heard ANYTHING from them.

The shut down and freeze usually happens 3 times in one hour, so I have 25-30 minutes of usage then it restarts. This is very frustrating because warranty expiry date not much left. I have no idea what to do at this point, please if you're expert in this field, give me advice on which action to be taken next. Thank you for your time. :smileyhappy:
