Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi. I have a problem with battery. It discharging very fast... I still have warranty. I sent a request and received answer email. but nobody contact me again. It was half a month ago...  I don't want to wait until my warranty will expire. Please need your help. 

 

Also i have a massage like this.
