I was in a session number 3624761876 with Rex...he needed to go into my computer with win 10, and when he took control...I lost all functions and couldn't even respond when he tried to reach me...finally he closed the session, but I never had control of my computer...and when I shutdown to clear everything...upon return to log in my computer is not under my control...no keyboard or mouse functions available to log in...Help
