I have a slate 21 k100 it has failed and dont get past the hp screen i did a factory reset holding down the volume down and power than reseting to factory there and nothing it says all failed so im guessing i need to reinstall dricer or software which ever it uses a guy at support was supposed to email me the downloads but takes me to a page with no help please tell me if i can download the software needed so i can use usb port to reinstall using my phone
