     Dear Sir;  I bought a refurbished 7520 printer with a 2 year warranty.  I have paper jam messages with no paper caught in the rollers-it always happens when it trys to print 2 sides.  I have been told to remove the 2-sided item on the back to no avail.  It's really stuck and will likely break if I force it.  HP service offered to trade me another HP printer for another $70.  I took them up on the deal but I could have bought their replacement printer just about anywhere for the $70. they charged me.  I found this out after I got their replacement.  It will take better service than this for me to buy another HP product.
