OfficeJet 8500A, printheads will no longer allign, leaking cyan ink out of bottom of printer. [ New ]

Printer is conveniently just out of warranty, even our extended 1 yr plan just expired from office depot on the printer.

Printer was having alignment issues, we spent $80 bucks on new genine hp ink. Still nothing, we bought new HP printheads for another $50 thinking it would solve the problem. Nope. Leaking blue (cyan) ink out the bottom of the printer and is making a mess on my desk. Allignment failed, will go into printhead cleaning mode and will just keep cycling until failure.

Just used up all of the new ink in one evening of printhead cleaning. Now I have empty ink cartridges, 2 new printheads that didnt fix the problem and a printer that wont print... all while not being able to email HP for a solution because the printer warranty is expired and they are hiding an email address.

What can be done here? Others have posted similar problems with the 8500.
Mine is model 8500A and serial is[Personal Information Removed]. I need a working printer for my business.
I will not buy another HP product if this cannot be resolved, I am throwing money in the trash trying to fix this defective printer.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
