Product Name: HP G62-339WM Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to fix this for a friend. They are elderly and have rarely used it since purchased brand new. They asked me to copy pictures from the computer to a USB driver that they had purchased brand new. The computer will not install the flash drive....Device Manager says that it is not installed and the USB drive does not show in disk management. I have tried two separate USB drives and it does not work for either one. These drives do work on other computers.

 

I tried to download the drivers from PNY and it will not install.

I work on behalf of HP. I am a Moderator on the HP Support Forums.
