Just like HP--you don't even have the problem right. It prints in black, but only when it's ONLY black.
There are only genuine cartridges. I can't take it back to the store. HP can't verfiy the warranty.
I got a phone call with a case number and some mention of sending me a cartridge to test things. Aside from being sure this won't work, when I call the number back, I can't get ahold of anyone. The phone just rings and there is no place to even mention my case number.
Truly awful service, as always.
